      Good bacterias also may reduce when over boiling is done.Best way to get these friendly bacteria is by consuming buttermilk, Sprouts, salads , certain pickles ,Pazhaya sadam which is fermented after cooking by keeping overnight by adding water, certain porridges gives better good bacteria because it multiples more and more as you keep.
