When you wash the potatoes after chopping it might reduce. soak for few minutes in water , ,it might reduce little.Starch should be removed by washing well many times till water looks clear.If it is genetically modified it may not reduce.Try adding more chilli powder and salt.May be squeezing lemon might help,Add it at the end of cooking

Some potatoes are not getting cooked quickly even when kept in cooker. Is there any tip to cook them easily? Should we wash potatoes after chopping it? Will the vitamins also not wash away along sith the starch? Potato pappad/vadagam easy recipe podavum.
Wasing potatoes properly is a must.It will remove the starch only.Now a days Potatoes are not cooking because of chemical additives and pesticides.Organic potatoes gets cooked fast – Just in one whistle.
Potato sun dried method is possible.I will share.
If potatoes are cooked with that starch digestion might delay ..

Must we add water to cook the potato pieces in the microwave oven. Madam please refresh us by clearing this doubt
Sprinkle very little water to potatoes.If you add more water it might take more time to get cooked in microwave oven.There is a way of doing things in Microwave oven.
